What we did

Three-hour ideation with all staff. During that time we:

  • Had staff produce over 100 ideas for the Creative Question: “What might be all the ways to make Barney Martin an enticing sanctuary that you are excited visit?”
  • Converted initial ideas from Post-it Notes into twenty-five developed Concepts.
  • Top five Concepts were implemented immediately.
  • The other Concepts are scheduled for implementation.

The Results

  • Over 200 ideas produced.
  • 25 developed Concepts ready for implementation.
  • 5 Concepts implemented immediately.
  • Business is in growth again.
  • Team is newly inspired and creative problem solving has become a way of operating across the full team.
  • The Team are working more collaboratively making it a better workplace for everyone.
  • Increased customer spending and satisfaction.
  • Ideation sessions now regularly scheduled.
