I am the founder of a science-based creative problem solving training and innovation consulting agency. I help companies grow their business by:
1. Training their people in the science of creative problem solving
2. Applying the training to real-life business problems to generate innovation.
I have worked with global companies like Absolut Vodka, Pernod Ricard Winemakers, St George Bank as well as Telstra (muru-D) and Seven West Media. I have a Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo State University and am a graduate of THNK Creative Leadership School in Amsterdam, which focuses on creative leadership as applied to social change.

Prior to founding my own agency, I worked as an intrapreneur for global companies like Pernod Ricard Winemakers as their Creativity and Innovation Director. At Pernod Ricard, I launched a 3 month Creative Leadership program called TH!NK that ran for 4 years training their top 20 – 25 staff in the mindset, toolset and skillset needed to be able to ignite creativity in their teams. The direct outcome from the TH!NK Creative Leadership program was the transformation of employees into engaged creative leaders. The sessions used real business challenges, such as how to improve employee engagement. This ensured that the outcome of training could be applied directly to real-time needs. The training modules ensured that key players from across the business had established their own creative confidence and were better equipped to drive creativity and cultural change on a day-to-day basis.
Pernod Ricard was recognised in BRW most innovative companies in 2014 due to the program. This program transformed Pernod Ricard from conservative player to a creative powerhouse and changed their vision to Leading Through Innovation.
